최근 낙차를 해서 무릎을 크게 다쳤었습니다 오르막에서 낙차를 했는데 행어(뒷드레일러) 쪽으로
썌게 박아서 행어가 휘어져 판매처를 찾아보니 알리 밖에 없더라구요 그래서 알리에서 구매 후
집에서 셀프로 하고 있었는데 제가 드레일러를 잘못 끼워서 행어와 드레일러 나사선이 조금 나갔습니다
샵에 가보니 이건 A/S 맡겨야한다고 하더라구요.. 처음에 알리에서 하나 샀다가 배송이 오려걸려
이번에 시키는김에 5개 시켰습니다 행어가 엄청나게 늦게 왔는데 일단 토요일에 라이딩 일정이 있어
행어를 들고 갔습니다 주변에서 볼일좀 보고 다시 왔는데 샵 사장님이 낙차한거 아니냐면서
왜 드레일러에 기스가 없냐면서 해서 봤는데 원래 있던 기스나 까짐 낙차하면서 생긴 기스나 까짐들이
다 없어져있는겁니다 이게 무슨일이지 하고 봤는데 원래 나사선만 교체해주면 될걸 드레일러 전체를 교체해준거 같네요

결론적으로 나사선 관련 문제떄매 A/S를 맡겼는데 새거가 왔습니다...
자기네들 딴에는 귀찮아서 그런걸수도 있겠지만 몇만원 안들이고 이정도면 엄청나게 이득이네요

Saya baru saja mengalami kecelakaan jatuh dari sepeda dan terluka parah di lutut. Saya jatuh di tanjakan dan menabrak hanger (rear derailleur) dengan keras sehingga hanger bengkok. Saya mencari pengganti dan hanya menemukan di AliExpress. Setelah membeli dari AliExpress, saya mencoba memasangnya sendiri di rumah, tetapi saya memasang derailleur dengan salah sehingga ulir antara hanger dan derailleur sedikit rusak. Ketika saya pergi ke bengkel, mereka mengatakan ini harus diserahkan untuk layanan purna jual. Awalnya saya hanya membeli satu dari AliExpress tetapi pengiriman terlambat, jadi kali ini saya memesan 5 buah. Hanger sampai sangat lambat, tetapi saya membawanya karena ada jadwal naik sepeda pada hari Sabtu. Saya pergi mengurus sesuatu di sekitar sana dan kembali. Pemilik bengkel bertanya apakah ini kecelakaan jatuh, dan mengapa tidak ada goresan di derailleur? Ketika saya melihatnya, semua goresan lama yang sebelumnya ada dan goresan baru dari kecelakaan semuanya hilang. Saya bertanya-tanya apa yang terjadi, dan ternyata mereka mengganti seluruh derailleur padahal seharusnya hanya mengganti ulirnya saja. Ini adalah cerita panjang saya hehe
Kesimpulannya, saya menyerahkan untuk layanan purna jual karena masalah ulir, tetapi yang datang adalah yang baru...
Menurut mereka, mungkin karena merasa repot, tetapi dengan biaya yang tidak sampai jutaan rupiah, ini sangat menguntungkan sekali.

Recently, I had a crash and hurt my knee badly. I crashed on an uphill, and I hit the hanger (rear derailleur) area hard, so the hanger bent. I looked for where to buy a replacement, but there was nowhere else but AliExpress. So I bought it from AliExpress and was doing it myself at home, but I installed the derailleur incorrectly, and the hanger and derailleur threads got a little damaged. When I went to the shop, they said this needed to be serviced... At first, I bought one from AliExpress, but the shipping was slow, so when I placed this order, I got 5 of them. The hanger came incredibly late, but since I had a riding schedule on Saturday, I brought the hanger with me. I went around the area for some errands and came back, and the shop owner asked if I had crashed, saying why there were no scratches on the derailleur. When I looked, all the original scratches and scuffs, as well as the scratches and scuffs that came from the crash, were all gone. I was like, what's going on? And it looks like instead of just replacing the threads like they should have, they replaced the entire derailleur. This is my TMI ㅎㅎ
In conclusion, because of the thread-related problem, I left it for service and a new one arrived...
They might have done it out of laziness on their part, but it doesn't cost more than a few ten-thousand won, and at this level, it's a huge benefit!
